NMWA Magazine One of Many Museum Membership Benefits

The National Museum of Women in the Art’s magazine, Women in the Arts, amplifies its mission by publishing articles on the collections and special exhibitions, artist interviews, highlights of museum history and achievements, a calendar of events and more. The magazine is one of several benefits of Museum membership.

The Summer 2023 edition includes articles on:

  • Preparations for the Museum’s October reopening
  • A first look at the remixed, thematic collection galleries
  • Behind the scenes of New Worlds: Women to Watch 2024, featuring a quote from MaryRoss Taylor, president of the Arkansas Committee.*

* NOTE: Arkansas Women to Watch 2023: New Worlds is the latest exhibit in the Women to Watch exhibition series, conceived by the National Museum of Women in the Arts.  The Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts organizes the statewide tour of the art by the Arkansas nominees. View the exhibition page.

On August 24, the exhibition opens at Baum Gallery at the University of Central Arkansas. It ends on October 13.
